We'll be straight with you: we don't have a Waterloo office. What we have is a staffed facility on McIntyre Drive in Kitchener, fifteen minutes south, with technicians, a repair bench, and spare hardware under one roof. Uptown, Northdale and the R+T Park are a short run down the expressway.
For Waterloo clients that arrangement usually works out better than a satellite office would: the parts are already in the building, so a technician leaves with what the job needs instead of ordering it.
